Top tier: Moist carrot cake with rich cream cheese buttercream filling
Bottom tier: Decadent chocolate cake with raspberry preserve filling
The cake is a semi-frosted naked cake with buttercream florals and leaves in shades of blue and green.
For the remaining guests, sheet cakes (aka kitchen cakes) ensured everyone got a taste of this sweet masterpiece.
