At the Artisan Bake Shop, our pastry chef, Meredith, works personally with each couple from start to finish. Whether by in-person consultations or via phone and email, if you are an out-of-town bride or groom, your cake should be designed to fit the ambiance & style of your day.

From modern, classic, nautical or whimsical, design is always important to us but taste is always on the top of our list. We believe in the perfect combination of style, flavor, and service.

Always baked from-scratch, our cakes are made with a passion for your wedding day and only the highest quality ingredients including creamery butter, sugar, flour, locally grown eggs, imported chocolates, local fruit, and pure vanilla- and never frozen. You'll love our buttercream frosting is very smooth and not-too-sweet!

Delivery is available throughout SouthCoast MA; Cape Cod; coastal towns in southeastern Massachusetts; South Shore MA; and the eastern Rhode Island communities of Bristol, Tiverton, Portsmouth, Middletown, and Newport.

Our wedding cakes, desserts, pies, cupcakes, and cakes can be made to accommodate gluten-free and vegan diets. Always an advocate for sustainability, we work with local farms and source local fruit and eggs.

Wedding cake tastings available by appointment: Sunday mornings, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Appointments are complimentary and include a tasting and full consultation. We kindly ask that 4 adults maximum attend the tasting.
